We are the official PEPPM and COSTARS-approved vendor for re-manufactured toner and ink in the state of Pennsylvania. You can place confidence in IPS global knowing that a detailed check has been conducted to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

We still offer our G7 Program to our non-government entities. You receive all the same benefits, but at different rates based upon your annual purchasing volume.

If the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the printer, we will offer suggestions for a replacement machine.*** Already have a technician on site? We can provide you with the correct equipment and extended support to do the repairs yourselves, it is your choice!

*Some exceptions apply - we require all our customers to complete Level One repairs before a technician will come on location to repair a product.
**Inkjets and Deskjets are NOT covered under this program. To qualify for free service, customers much purchase IPS global compatible toner cartridges; devices that use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) toners do NOT qualify. Consumables are NOT covered under the free service program, including transfer kits, developer units, toner, drums/photoconductor units, external jet directs (network cards), external finishers, and additional paper trays and accessories.
***Not all laser printers will qualify for replacement. Consult your IPS global representative for details.
