Position: President Chris Lucci founded IPS global in 1990 and has been president of the company for 26 years, working in all aspects of the business on a daily basis. He spends a great deal of time working on innovative ideas and processes to provide top level products and support services. He has also been very instrumental in building the IPS custom web portal. When Chris is not working he spends his spare time with his wife and 5 children...(Yes, 5!!) 1 girl and 4 boys. He enjoys coaching the kids' sports teams, including volleyball, basketball and baseball. He also enjoys snowboarding, golfing, dirt biking and riding his horse, Bucky! |
Dan Claflin | |

Position: Technology Specialist Dan Claflin has been working with IPS global for just over 18 years. As our lead technology specialist he is responsible for printers, projectors and IT assistance to our customers. In his free time he enjoys watching TV and movies, as well as playing PlayStation. |
Neil Leiby | |

Position: Service Technician Neil Leiby has been working for IPS global for 26 years! As our veteran service technician he spends most of his shift going out on the road to service printers for our customers. When he is not on the road he is usually found listening to Iron Maiden and avoiding getting his picture taken! |
Dave Marsteller | |
 | Position: Sales Manager Dave Marsteller has been working for IPS global for just over 10 years. As the head sales manager he oversees general account flow and logistics for equipment, and he is in charge of purchasing inventory. Some of his hobbies include going golfing and spending time with his family and children! |
Amber Saylor | |

Position: Office/Sales Manager Amber Saylor has been with IPS global for 6 years. Working as both the office manager and a sales manager she is responsible for overseeing the entire admin department. In addition, she also assists with accounts payable as well as customer relations. When she is not in the office she enjoys playing taxi to her teenage daughter, spending time with her family, and taking her dog, Paisley, on walks! |

Position: Administrative Assistant Jen Horsey has been working for IPS global for 6 years. As an administrative assistant she is responsible for processing all of our web orders, answering faxes, and ordering inventory for our headquarters. When she is not in the office she loves to ride motorcycles or read a good book! |
John Madden | |

Position: Central Supply Coordinator John Madden has been working for IPS global for 5 years. As the central supply coordinator he works in the shipping and receiving department of the warehouse to help process incoming and outgoing packages. In his free time he loves going to Costco and scrapping! |

Position: Warehouse Equipment Administrator Ryan Dobbs has been working for IPS global for 3 years. Working in our warehouse as our equipment administrator he is responsible for storage of our product and keeping a full inventory. When he is not in the warehouse he is spending time with his 4 daughters playing soccer! |

Position: Video Production Kevin Coxe has been working in video production producing content for IPS global's marketing and online presence for the last 3 years. He works on videos, web content, graphics and adds new items to our website. In his free time he loves to watch movies, listen to music, and play the guitar! |

Position: Service Technician Nathan Thomas has been working with IPS global for just over 2 years. As one of our service technicians he is either in the warehouse working on printers, or on the road to repair client printers on site. In his free time he loves to spend time outdoors by camping or hiking! |

He is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing packages/customer orders. When he is not working he enjoys golfing, playing darts, and playing with his dog! |

Working alongside his twin brother, Kyle, he loves to watch sports, especially soccer and football! |

As one of our service administrators she is responsible for our service call paperwork, inventory paperwork, and RMA forms. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son and going to the beach as often as possible! |
