Established 1990
Innovative Printing Systems was founded in 1990 by Chris Lucci as a toner cartridge recycling business. In the ensuing years, with the help of a dedicated group of employees, IPS grew into one of the largest dealers of office equipment and supplies in Eastern PA. In 2005, IPS greatly expanded its customer base with the acquisition of Laser Express in Allentown, PA.
Headquartered in Sanatoga, PA, IPS Laser Express has more than 10,000 square feet of office, service and warehouse space. They provide equipment and support to a growing number of customers with multiple locations including, SAP America who has been a national account since 1991.

IPS Laser Express places a great emphasis and focus on cost analysis and product efficiency for its customers. Login to your IPS account to place service calls and supply orders as well as monitor the status of these requests. Also provided is a detailed history of parts replaced, response time, service technician, cost of repair and other aspects related to the equipment. This information is easily exported into an Excel spreadsheet. Tracking the equipment allows customers to budget their expenses and analyze older equipment for the purpose of upgrading.
