Our Supplier
Our toner supplier produces over 1 million cartridges annually with an efficiency rating of over 98%. They are committed to combining leading edge technology with top-quality service and customer support. Their technical staff undergo rigorous factory training, and are STMC Certified. They keep constantly up-to-date on the latest product, quality and service innovations, delivering reliable, leak-free cartridges that provide significant savings for the end-user.
Cassette (shell)
The cassette is constructed of new, 2-piece subassembly sets for most compatible cartridges. In the few cases where recycled cassettes provide higher quality, only virgin shells in top condition that have passed top quality inspection are used.
OPC (drum)
The highest quality is not always achieved by using a new drum. Each cartridge model is tested and analyzed using new and reconditioned drums, then a determination is made by model for the best yield and density.
Toner
Toner is completely removed from each cartridge and replaced with an exact amount of the finest quality blend of graphics-grade toner. Each cartridge is filled to the level that will yield a minimum of 5% more page-prints than the original cartridge manufacturer’s standards.
Mag Roller & PCR
OEM-style coating with a unique state-of-the-art coating machine, developed in Belgium, applies coating in a layer that is precisely even.
Blades
The blades on each cartridge are carefully inspected. If a recycled blade is used, it must be thoroughly cleaned and pass strict quality inspections.
